When you feel like you have to do everything alone and perfectly, it’s easy to be hard on yourself.
Scrolling your life away. Doom piles of unmade decisions. Hating your clothes. Getting mad enough at yourself to declare a reset and tighter restrictions. Hitting all the marks but feeling so serious and exhausted. If this is what it takes to live your “best life” you know you can’t sustain it. And why would you want to? You know this is not really who you are or who you could be. You just feel tired and guilty.
“Hard” doesn’t work, and if it works, it doesn’t last.

I offer you 3 months of compassionate, kick-ass support.
Reclaiming the real you. Taking good care of yourself. Creating spaciousness in your home, your mind, your heart. Doing things that delight you and feel satisfying. Feeling at HOME in your own beautiful life. Proud of what you no longer tolerate. FREE.
What is the YES that takes the weight off your shoulders?
If you aren’t sure, I can help you name it.
You can be weird with me. You can dream big with me.

I am known for being shamelessly generous with the permission and compassion you need to do this work honestly.
I help you prioritize your own life, one commitment at a time.

THE MAGIC OF THREE MONTHS
A season. A cycle. Enough time to be ambitious, while also being flexible and generous with yourself when life gets life-y.
3 months do not carry the pressure of “forever” – allowing you to focus on what you’re committing to FOR NOW.
THE MAGIC OF THE WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Accountability. Alignment. Momentum. No wiggling out of things. Making sure you are watering what you want to grow. Getting into a groove. A new rhythm at a loving pace.
Also, Proof Gathering. We tend to not give ourselves credit for our natural gifts, our resilience, our progress. This gets infused into how we see ourselves, and how we talk to (and about) ourselves. The Weekly Check-in combats negative self talk by literally collecting data that, in fact…
You ARE someone DOING the thing.

THE MAGIC OF COMPASSIONATE WITNESSING
I’m known for laughter, permission giving, and integrity vibe-checks.
I know pushing against your capacity is a losing game. I have an intimate relationship with grief, and living with a brain injury.
I will question your goals – I will ask you to get specific. So that you are clear. So that your actions compound towards what actually matters to you, not something performative or pressured.
Not everyone was given loving encouragement from their family. Self love comes from you, yes – but also it needs a boost from sincere people who are willing to see you for who you are. This is what I aim to bring in our time together.

HOW IT ALL WORKS:
Once we have decided to work together, we set up an orientation coffee (phone or zoom) so that we can sort out logistics without taking any time from your first monthly session. This is where we book sessions, handle payments, set you up on Voxer if you’re not already familiar, talk about how I can best support YOU, in this process.
I will help you choose your YES – the compass and guiding theme for our time together.
We meet each month over phone or zoom for 60-90 minutes of personal, meaningful reflection and exploration. This is where you can share openly in real time, unrushed and unfiltered. I will ask questions to deepen your experience, and together we can set you up for success in the month ahead. You have room to be a mess, and room to be a mountain.
Homework is completely customized for each client. What takes your breath away will be different from someone else. I will challenge you and cheer you on by giving you tasks that bring beauty and meaning to your process. This keeps you accountable, in focus and moves you towards your dream.
Each week you will fill out and send me your Weekly Check-in. I will be excited to respond with a voice message to cheer you on and witness your experience.
Should you feel stuck, in need of an integrity vibe-check or want to share a win, open Voxer (a free messaging app) and send me a message. I will be your witness, cheer queen and guide to keep you going steady between check-ins.
At the end of 3 months we will either connect to celebrate and send you on your groovy way, or re-commit for another cycle if you just can’t get enough. 😉
YOU WILL GET THE MOST FROM THIS OFFER IF YOU:
- Protect time in your calendar and allow yourself to be supported by me (60-90 minutes monthly)
- Are willing to complete a weekly check-in and reflection (15-60 minutes weekly)
- Are done with punishing yourself and ready to give kindness a try (ongoing practice while being human)
About Danette

I know what it is like to doubt your own truth. To wait for others to make the call. To feel lucky, but not proud. To be working hard in relationships where you feel unseen. I know the frustration of having done a ton of personal growth work and still, somehow, making the same fear based choices – and I know what it’s like to make it worse by saying, “I should know better.”
I know that change starts on the inside. That this work is worth it. That we can end up somewhere entirely different – and far better – than we had originally planned when we surrender to self-love as our compass.
I am a professionally trained life coach with a creative background. I have a knack for developing new ways of seeing the world and ourselves. My life has been dedicated to the creative process and relationships – with self-love at the core. I am queer, open minded, and have navigated both monogamous and non-monogamous partnerships. I am well traveled on the sticky landscapes of the heart and I love the power of creating our relationships as we would any other work of art.
Self-love is a practice, a path, and a power I have dedicated my life to. After 25 years of being married to myself + my insatiable passion for studying all things personal growth, I know this work.
I can support you in yours.
